- Other states: 3–7 business days  

International Shipping

International Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 15–22 days

Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.  
- Free shipping may apply on selected orders or during promotions (as indicated on the product page or at checkout).

Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.  
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.  
- TrustOra Marketplace is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your package.

Failed or Delayed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or unavailability of the recipient, additional fees may apply for re-shipping.
