Refund policy

At TrustOra Marketplace, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used electronics (power banks, chargers, cables, etc.) for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
- Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked).

Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
